Healthy Communities for Arizona
Where we live, learn, work and play has a greater impact on how long and how well we live than individual behaviors or health care. To improve the health and well-being of Arizonans, we know that we must change the design of our communities.
The Arizona Partnership for Healthy Communities is a statewide collaboration of more than 30 nonprofits, foundations, businesses, and government agencies. Our vision is an Arizona where all communities are healthy places to live.
On March 28, the Arizona Partnership for Healthy Communities hosted the 6th Arizona Healthy Communities Conference “Connecting the Dots: Moving to Action.” Visit the event webpage for conference materials and resources.

About the Partnership
The Arizona Partnership for Healthy Communities plans to create multi-sector collaborations by bringing together the public health, housing, transportation, community development, and economic development fields. Our unique approach brings the private and public sectors together to ensure that banks, health insurers, and health care providers are active partners alongside the government and nonprofit sectors.
