Healthy Communities for Arizona
Where we live, learn, work and play has a greater impact on how long and how well we live than individual behaviors or health care. To improve the health and well-being of Arizonans, we know that we must change the underlying conditions where people live.
The Arizona Partnership for Healthy Communities is a statewide collaboration of more than 30 nonprofits, foundations, businesses, and government agencies. Our vision is an Arizona where all communities are healthy places to live.
Meet the 2021 Live Well Arizona Incubator cohort. The Incubator — a joint endeavor between the Arizona Partnership for Healthy Communities and Vitalyst Health Foundation — supports teams building their way to community-driven collaboration to address place-based health and well-being.
